The Rabbi Martin and Sylvia Schlussel Religious School offers an interactive learning experience for children grades K-12. Bar and Bat Mitzvah training provides our students with skills that can be used for life, not just for "the Big Day," and the Institute for Jewish Higher Learning offers courses for post-B'nai Mitzvot students. Our expert faculty strives to give students the necessary tools for Jewish adulthood, and our curriculum encompasses fundamental skill acquisition and guidance in ethical behavior as understood by the Jewish tradition.

Temple Beth El’s Martin and Sylvia Schlussel Religious School provides its students with a love of Jewish tradition and the skills to translate that love into action.  The school’s principal is Rabbi Eli Garfinkel, who is the congregation’s new spiritual leader.  “Our school is not your father’s Hebrew school,” Rabbi Garfinkel said.  “Our experienced, adult teachers will give our school and our students a sense of mission and joy in being Jewish.”

The Rabbi Martin and Sylvia Schlussel Religious School offers an interactive learning experience for children grades K-12, with each level concentrating on a new and progressive aspect of Jewish life.
